1) How long will it take for me to recieve my goods?
Items that are already in stock will get posted 1-2 days after payment is recieved,
for out of stock items or items that are made to order, please allow up to 1-3 weeks
but in both cases I will always let you know an estimated delivery time. For delivery

2) How will my order be packaged?
When possible, I always try to reuse packaging from my supplies to cut down on waste
but always rewrap all orders in brown kraft paper so that they look as new. Addresses
are printed & taped up clearly so that the postman (or woman) gets your order to you asap!

3) What is your returns policy?
If you are not happy with your Littleclouds goods, refunds will be given upon receipt
of said item, minus the P+P costs. Items must be in a resaleable condition for this to
apply unless said item is faulty.

Paypal is the default method of payment but I also accept cheques & postal orders sent
to 15 Bowerman Avenue, London, SE14 6JG. Please make cheques payable to Alison Tang.

6)Who, How & Where is LC stuff made?
Everything is designed, printed, sewn & embroidered by me from raw materials in my
studio in New Cross SE London, UK. Generally I doodle away, come up with ideas & then
find some way to materialise that idea into something functional.
For Screenprinting I use Permaset inks which are 100% solvent-free, non toxic & drain
friendly, these inks retain it's colour & have a lovely soft handling quality to them
& unlike Plastisol inks will not crack after a few washes.
As a buyer, maker & shaker I think all small steps towards the greener picture all
contribute & are significant, therefore I try to be as ethical & eco as possible
whether its choosing waterbased ink over plastisol, buying 2nd hand tools, cutting
down on waste or simply choosing to use cotton fabric over polyester, at the end of
it all, it comes down to being honest to yourself & others & just spending that
little bit more money on whats is just right.
Littleclouds is currently sourcing wholesalers for ethical & organic t-shirts &
jumpers to screenprint, embroider & personalise, if anyone knows of a good company
with no minimum orders within the UK then please let me know via the usual.
